The WCA has been serving the commercial/industrial construction industry in Washtenaw County since 1949. Our long-term success is due to our constant effort to respond to the needs of our members by providing a full range of member services.
WCA 2008 SCHOLARSHIP GOLF OUTING June 9th - Mark Your Calendar! Polo Fields Golf and Country Club, Ann Arbor SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE NOW - CLICK HERE! The WCA's 2008 Scholarship Golf Outing is scheduled for Monday, June 9 at the Polo Fields Golf and Country Club. In order to make this outing a success, we need your help as a Golf Outing Sponsor. Your sponsorship will not only help to make this outing more enjoyable, it will also help to raise money for WCA scholarships. All sponsors will receive recognition at the event on signs and on the written program at each place setting. The 2008 WCA Summer Intern and Scholarship Program will provide students with valuable practical experience in the construction industry and provide contractors with talented and qualified summer employees at a moderate cost. Students that successfully complete their internship receive a scholarship; half of which is paid for by the Washtenaw Contractors Association with money raised through the golf outing. The program is available to students who are pursuing a degree in construction management or a related field such as architecture or civil engineering.
