Wage Rates

The Washtenaw Contractors Association negotiates labor agreements with several unions on behalf of those companies that have executed a "Power of Attorney" form for the WCA's labor relations services.  The agreements are with the Michigan Regional Council of Carpenters, Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Local #9, and Laborers Local #499.  You may access the current wage rates that are contained in these agreements by clicking on the trade headings below.  If you are interested in participating in our labor relations services, please contact Gretchen Waters at the WCA office (734) 662-2570.

  2010-2010 Carpenters Wage Rates - Zone 1 - Detroit Area (Macomb, Monroe, Oakland, St. Clair  and Wayne Counties)

  2010-2011 Carpenters Wage Rates - Zone 2 - Washtenaw/Ann Arbor Area (Washtenaw and Sanilac Counties and the Livingston County Townships of Brighton, Deerfield, Genoa, Green Oak, Hamburg, Oceola, Putnam, Tyrone and Unadilla)
