Feb 12  Contractors submit Contractor Interest Form to WCA

Feb 19  WCA transmits Student Application Packages to schools
 
Mar 18  Students/Schools transmit student applications to WCA
 
Mar 25  WCA transmits student applications to contractors
 
Mar 26 - April 23  Contractors contact students directly, arrange interviews, make hiring decisions, transmit Memorandums of Agreement to WCA
 
Apr 30  WCA transmits Memorandums of Agreement to schools

Jul 8  WCA sends invoices and evaluation forms to contractors
  
Aug 5  Contractors with students eligible for scholarships submit contributions  

Aug 12  Contractors complete performance evaluations and transmit to WCA
 
Aug 19  WCA transmits scholarships to schools
